New client with significant challenges, performance measures and expectations and a backlog of projects requiring completion. High volume in backlog of projects either work in progress or to be completed yet due to insufficient existing contractor base. This backlog resulted in extended duration of project and delays to customer programmes in the rollout and upgrade of mobile network. The programme was in crisis.

Arqiva is a leading company which provides infrastructure and broadcast transmission facilities in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Its main customers are broadcasters and mobile phone network operators and its main asset is a network of over 1,000 radio, digital and television transmission sites.
WHP received new supplier status in January 2015 and first instructions received in March. Extensive training and focus area meetings took place with Arqiva to learn their systems and processes. The outcome has been phenomenal with acceleration of progress on 28 different projects.
